Samplers and free items – While we make every attempt to fill every order according to specified items, we sometimes have an “out of stock” situation. We reserve the right to substitute items with equal or better value items, including cigars. In samplers that include cigars, we reserve the right to replace a specific cigar with equal or higher value substitute.
Please note that colors, shades, size, and other physical features of cigars displayed on this website may look bigger, smaller, or otherwise different than the actual cigars we sell.
A. Lighters: As per federal regulations, we are unable to ship lighters by air. All orders containing lighters will be shipped via ground shipping.
B. International Shipments: We are unable to ship lighters by air for international orders. All orders containing lighters will be shipped via ground shipping.
C. Freight on Board (FOB) FL: The risk of loss is on the purchaser during transport and shipment. Title and ownership of all goods pass from Kiki Momo Cigars to the purchaser in Florida, and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipment. By arranging for transportation of the goods, Kiki Momo Cigars is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from Kiki Momo Cigars, the purchaser is representing that they are acting in compliance with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The purchaser represents that they are of lawful age, have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, are legally entitled to take possession of the goods, and are legally entitled to take the quantities ordered.
At our cigar company, we prioritize quality and take great care to ensure that all our products arrive at your doorstep in top condition. All orders are packed in either bundles, sealed boxes, or sealed bags for single sticks or 5-packs, and our samplers are typically filled with super-premium cigars. We have a state-of-the-art climate-controlled warehouse located in Florida from where we ship all orders. To guarantee the cigars’ freshness, we hermetically pack them in zip-loc bags that preserve the perfect level of humidity. You can be sure that your cigars will arrive at your door in the same fresh condition as they left our warehouse.
By using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Service Use Restrictions: (i) Use the Service for any political or commercial purpose, including advertising, soliciting funds, collecting product prices, or selling products; (ii) Use any meta tags or hidden text that incorporates any Intellectual Property; (iii) Engage in activities through or in connection with the Service that attempt to harm individuals or entities, or that are unlawful, offensive, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, threatening, harassing, or abusive, or that violate the rights of any third-party, or are objectionable to the Company in any way; (iv) Attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, reconstruct, identify, or discover any source code, underlying ideas, underlying user interface techniques, or algorithms of the Service or modify any Service source or object code or any Software or other products, services, or processes accessible through any portion of the Service; (v) Engage in any activity that interferes with a user’s access to the Service, or the proper operation of the Service, or causes harm to the Service, Company, or other users of the Service; (vi) Interfere with or circumvent any security feature, digital rights management mechanism, device, content protection or access control measure of the Service or any feature that restricts or enforces limitations on use of or access to the Service, the content, or the UGC; (vii) Harvest or store any information, including personally identifiable information about other users of the Service, without their express consent; (viii) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means; or (ix) Otherwise violate these Terms or any applicable Additional Terms.

At Kiki Momo Cigars, we take great care to ensure that all tobacco products are sold only to customers who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. We do not allow the purchase of tobacco products for individuals under the age of twenty-one and any such attempts may result in criminal prosecution. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services on the Service, we cannot guarantee that all specifications, pricing, or other content is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or free of errors. We reserve the right, as permitted by applicable law, to refuse or cancel any orders at our sole discretion. Only one coupon code may be used per order. If multiple coupons are used on a single order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at our discretion. We may also cancel and refund any orders that violate this policy. If we choose to reject or cancel your order, we will issue a refund and credit your account if applicable. Additional terms may also apply. If you receive a product from Kiki Momo Cigars that is not as described, you may return it for a credit of the purchase price in accordance with applicable law.
We take pride in the quality of our cigars and accessories, and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to arrange for a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping and handling charges.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping or handling costs associated with returning an item, and the customer is responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria, and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns that are shipped without proper packaging or tracking information.
A. AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY COMPANY PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including personal injury or death or for any direct, indirect, economic, exemplary, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation loss of profits, in connection with, or otherwise directly or indirectly related to, without limitation, the Service, content, Company Licensed Elements, UGC or other Company products or services, except, to the extent not waivable under applicable law, for direct damages for personal injury caused by a physical product manufactured, sold or provided by Company.
